Dot Paintings

These dot paintings were so fun to make! I first stamped the circles onto the canvas (I used cylinders of different sizes (yes that means empty toilet paper rolls and old cookie containers, this is fine art after all!), then I painted over the stamped circles with a brush to give them more definition and texture. For this reason, each dot is unique: some have a light spiral design, some are more opaque, others have a splashed or droplet look.
